We are looking for an Account Executive for Moonio, the fastest growing marketplace for creators and brands in Spain, and which will soon to be launched internationally. Who are we looking for? Someone passionate about the creator economy who is natural at selling and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnerships with national and local brands (e-commerces, restaurants, beauty saloons, hotels).

The primary focus will be onboarding new brands to Moonio and making sure they repeatedly close collaborations with the best creators and influencers. You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between brands in Moonio and our company and use multiple resources and tactics to ensure they go from the acquisition phase to being absolutely delighted with their experience in Moonio (retention).

What you´ll do
  • Onboard new brands on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Optimize brands visibility in our partners through marketing actions and our creator attraction kits
  • Negotiate contract conditions with our partners
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer
  • Get feedback from our brands and translate it into product improvement
  • Maintain excellent and long-term relationship with our partners
  • Forecast and track key account metrics    
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Native level in Spanish
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience using salesforce or other similar sales tools
  • Good level of English (many team communications will be in English)
  • Determination to get things done: no job is too big or too small
  • Organization skills and you are detail-oriented
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills, you are data-driven with an analytical approach
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to work in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Fluent in English
It helps if you have
  • Key contacts in the industry is a plus
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
  • Experience in a high-growth digital startup business is a plus
